Just because a person is thankful that they are safe, for now, does NOT mean that they are uncaring about those who were hurt. But we know that God told everyone to pray, ahead of time, before tragedy strikes and seek for God’s love and protection. Those who do not obey God and do not repent and seek for God’s protection, ahead of time, as God told us to do, are going to be destroyed, sooner or later. Just because some are safe today, does not mean they will be next time. We all know that. Everyone is going to die at some time or another. But this does not take away our obligation to study God’s word and obey it. Certainly God can and will and does protect those of his children who obeyed his word….just as he saved Noah and his family and Lot and his children. His wife disobeyed and was then destroyed. You can mock God all you wish, but when His wrath hits you, then you have no one to blame but your own self. All of those who mock him here and say horrible things against him, will someday pay for their evil. Those of us who do give thanks to God that we are still safe today, hope for his protection tomorrow, as well. This does not mean we have no concern for those who are hurt. Where did you come up with such a false idea? We may be more concerned and pray for them as well. Do not misjudge in such a way. You all know not one thing about the eternal God, so it is best to stop trying to judge the eternal God and stop blaming all bad things on Him. You are in total darkness as to such high things. Look at the 3rd movement of "Moonlight" and tell me if you think one year of lessons is enough. In short, no. "Amateurs who have barely had lessons for over a year" can play them, yes, but it would be far from "play well". Forget about "mastering". At barely one year of lessons, you are playing the notes, not the music. We’re all struggling here, in our own different ways, just to say "No", no way, not ever, not ‘master’, not ‘play well’, not ‘well’, not ‘play, not even ‘able’. **NO** That would *not* be correct. Only if you practice 25 hours for every 8 days of the week, but seeing as how that’s impossible, then I guess it wouldn’t really be possible then. It takes quite a musician to play even the slow movements quite masterfully so I say, you can learn the notes if you’d like but really, playing just notes reminds me too much of contemporary popular music. Yes Maui Thai are tough little buggers yet spec ops recieve a variety of hand to hand so they can overcome many obstacles. I would definitely like to see them go at it. But it usually isn’t who is the better fighter but who can spot their enemies weakness first. From what I have seen the Thai kick boxer leaves his side open but that is mainly to lure people into attacking there. Take his knees out first or go for the larynx and the fight is over.
